Motorsports Medical Services is a Nevada based volunteer Ambulance service, specializing in motorsports events. Established in November of 1998 by Rod Gamble and his wife. There medical staff includes certified 1st aide, 1st Responders, E.M.T. Basics, E.M.T. Intermediate, E.M.T. Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors.
Motorsports Medical Services provides ambulance services as well as Off-Road Rescue & Fire suppression, to their motorsports clientele. Most of their Mexico and many “States” off-road rescue crews supply their own vehicles, equipment & medical supplies. “We do what we can to help defer there out of pocket costs” Say Rod M.M.S. does supply most of the radio’s used with the help of there local radio communications company (2-way com.)

M.M.S. Services many area’s of Nevada as well as parts of Arizona. They are licensed in the County of Clark Nevada, the state of Nevada and the state of Arizona. “ We are proud of how far we’ve come over the years” says Rod “ We’ve worked hard to build our reputation as health care givers to such organizations as Score International”
M.M.S. is the exclusive Ambulance/ Rescue Service for such Clientele as; American Sand Drag Assoc., National Sand Drag Assoc., Motorcycle Racing Assoc. of Nevada, the Mesquite Motorcross Park, the Las Vegas 51’s as well as Score International Off-Road Racing just to name a few.
In February of 2001 Rod Gamble & his wife (Wendy) became the Rescue Directors for Score International. Along with them came 20+ years of medical & Fire Rescue experience as well as the resources of M.M.S. “our biggest challenges with the off-road races is the logistics” says Rod “where can or do we need to put our medical resources” “can we have communications there? Knowing where are resources are at all times in crucial” “its not just a job for us” says Wendy “it’s the love of the sport” “we get to help others together”
